Meanwhile Uzoenyi has been tipped to emerge as the Most Valuable Player of the CHAN tournament if Eagles can reach the final of the tourney. Speaking to National Weekender in telephone chat former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Dosu Joseph, said, “it is not in doubt that Uzoenyi will win the tournament’s best player but that will be on condition that Eagles reach the final of the tournament. He has had a splendid performance in South Africa. He has really distinguished himself from the rest of the pack and I am really happy for him. He has made Nigeria and Keshi in particular proud.”
