WAFBEC 2014 Starts January 26,2014 By Stephen Aya

The 2014 edition of the West Africa Faith Believers Convention, will kick-off on Sunday January 26th and run through till Friday 31stJanuary 2014. The six day program which is the second edition of the convention, saw it’s maiden edition in 2013. It is expected that Christians from all over the nation and some West African countries will attend the week-long event. Speakers during the convention will include the renowned preacher and presiding Bishop of Living faith Church worldwide Bishop David Oyedepo, the visionary founder and Pastor of Living word Christian center, a 20,000 member church located in forest park, Illinois and Tuskegee Christian center Alabama USA, Dr. Bill Winston, and one of the pioneer men in the charismatic revival in Nigeria through the Sword of Spirit Ministries in the person of Bishop Wale Oke.

Others guest speakers at the convention include Pastor Charles Cowan from USA, Rev. Dr. Tunde Joda, Pastor Darrell Huffman, Rev. Scott Webb both from USA, President of Rhema Chapel international Churches Rev. George Adegboye and Pastor Sam Adeyemi senior pastor of Daystar Christian Center and a host of other anointed men of God.

The convention which would be split into morning, afternoon and evening sessions with the morning having strong teaching where attendees will be exposed to the written word of God to establish them. The afternoon sessions would be geared towards developing the believer’s capacity for effective leadership work in the kingdom of God and the evening’s sessions will be Holy Ghost service with teaching.

WAFBEC as the convention is popularly called is being put together and hosted by Pastor Poju Oyemade, the senior pastor of covenant Christian center.
